Extremely smart, athletic dog who thrives with structure and engagement. highly toy-motivated, loves to work, & would excel in activities. An active lifestyle is a must for her temperament.
Temperament & Behavior:
• Very loving and loyal once she bonds, but takes time to warm up to new people
• Protective of her home and space
• Does well with people in public and when boarded, though she can be reactive at times inside the home without supervision and redirection - true guard dog tendencies.
• Dog reactive, particularly with dominant dogs or in high-stimulation environments (parks, prey-drive situations where she wants to chase/nip)
• Has lived with other dogs she grew up with, but conflicts can arise
Ideal Home:
• Has experience with reactive dogs
• Can provide structure, physical exercise, and mental stimulation
