Meet brody
Brody just turned 5 years old last month. I recently went through a divorce and while we were still living together, he bit 3 people. He snapped at a child when he was around 1 (a child who had his ball), and that was all he ever did up until things were hard in our home. I truly believe he absorbed a lot of the challenges that were happening and that is how it came out. I've kept him from people since then. But this is very hard because we have a neighborhood full of kids and kids constantly coming into our home. He has to be put up when we have visitors. I think he is still pretty anxious, as he gets nervous when we take walks. After a while, he adjusts, though. He is very protective of me and loves our kids. Our kids could climb on him and he wouldn't mind.
His bites: a man on the hand who was petting him, a woman on the lip who was petting him, and a child on the cheek. All of these broke skin. These happened in the spring of 2025.
