Make sure you let us know you saw Jai on Adopt-a-pet. Jai is a gentle soul, she is around 6 years old so well over any puppy nonsense. She spent most of her life up until now on a chain so she is figuring out potty training. She spent some time in foster and here is what they had to say:
Here are all the wonderful things that her foster family has had to say about her. *When we first brought Jai home to foster she seemed really shut down and broken emotionally. Scared and very suspicious of us. After a couple of days of decompressing, she started to come to us for pets and wagging her tail more and more each day. In the short time since we picked her up on 12/22, she has become a different dog. Her tail is constantly wagging.

?? Learning how to play and be a dog from her foster sister Gabby.
?? Great sleeper.
?? Loves to cuddle, a great "lap dog."
?? Very smart, learned our doggy door by watching our girl.
?? Doing great on house training!!
?? Working on learning general commands (has learned sit, lay down and working on shake).
?? Walks GREAT on a leash, keeps her attention on you every few feet.
?? Takes treats very gently (no food aggression at all).
?? Does well with getting treats and taking turns when she is sitting next to her foster sister.
?? Warms up to new people when they let her go at her own pace and then she is in love with whoever she has met.

Jai seems to do better with dogs her size, unknown feelings about cats.
