Meet Fig! 🐾 She is a 1 year old, 35 pound hound mix who’s just ripe for love!
Fig recently made the journey from Mississippi and is still learning the ropes of city life. Everything here is new for her, so she can be a bit nervous at first. With a little time and patience, though, Fig is already beginning to decompress and show her sweet personality.
Fig is crate and house trained, and walks well on leash.
In her previous foster home, Fig lived with both dogs and cats, and did well sharing her space with furry friends. She’ll do best with a family that understands she may need a little time to settle in and feel safe.
Once she trusts you, Fig is a gentle, loving girl who just wants a calm place to land while she adjusts to her new world. With kindness, patience, and a steady routine, Fig is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion
