Meet rhea
Rhea is an extremely lovable dog who would be happy to sit around with someone all day. She knows basic commands and doesn’t mind the kennel. She can distinguish between dog toys and other items but she does like to carry around socks although she doesn’t chew on them. She came from Rocky Mountain puppy rescue so we don’t have too much history on her but from where she started her behavior has improved dramatically in the past 6 months. She does like to try and get out of the yard and roam so a fence is a must. If you have any other dogs they would need to be on the non-aggressive side. She’s learning to play but still tries to dominate. This can cause tussles although she has not bitten. Unfortunately one of our older dogs is alpha and they just are not getting along and it’s causing behavior problems with her.
We are still working on her trying to jump up to give licks when she first sees someone. She doesn’t use all of her weight and she’s learning to stop.
