Meet Prissy!Prissy is a 1 year-old Chihuahua mix rescue from a hoarder case. She has very captivating eyes, but doesn`t know how to react to people. She does like to run and play with other dogs her size to the point of exhaustion. She’s a slippery little pup right now when it comes to people but once you get her in your arms you can see a calm come over her. More one on one time with people could really open her up and build her confidence and trust.
