Meet tony
Meet Tony… again! 🐾
Tony had his first meet-and-greet yesterday, and we learned something new about him — he’s a little fearful of men. We’re not sure if this comes from a past experience or simply not being around men much before, but he definitely told us he prefers the company of the ladies right now.
Because of this, Tony would do best in an all-female household or a co-ed home with a very patient man who is willing to give Tony the time and space he needs to build trust.
Aside from that, Tony is truly a wonderful little dachshund. He is:
• Potty trained
• Good on a leash
• Excellent with other dogs
He hasn’t been around large breed dogs yet, but he absolutely loves to cuddle, eat, and soak up attention. Tony would thrive in a home where someone is around most of the time, and he would also do just fine as an only dog soaking up all the love.
Other than needing a little patience with men, Tony is your typical charming dachshund who’s ready to steal your heart.
