Meet penny
We Adopted Penny from the Wake county Shelter a little over a year ago. At the time my job required very little travel, but in the past year some unexpected job changes have come my way that require me to travel frequently. It pains me, but I think Penny would have a better life with someone who isn't required to be away as much as I am.
Penny is a very alert dog. She's always paying attention to what's going on. She always wants to be with you and see what you are doing. She loves going for car rides and watching all the scenery go by. Her favorite is to snuggle up with you and snore.
Penny loves to play with stuffed toys. She loves to chase a tennis ball, but you should be prepared to go get it yourself sometimes when she gets distracted. She has a pretty high prey drive and loves to chase squirrels and birds. She is not afraid of water, but it's also not her favorite. She'll tolerate a bath. Penny is house trained and will let you know when she needs to go out.
