Hi, I’m Walter 🐶
Once upon a time, the wonderful team at H2H saved me from the euthanasia list in Kansas—and now I’m living my second-chance fairy tale! ✨ I’m a 9-month-old Rottie mix with a big heart, soft eyes, and the silliest happy wiggles.
When I arrived, I was a little underweight, but thanks to all of my amazing foster parents (and my legendary love of food 🐷), I’m working on putting on some weight. Meal time is my FAVORITE time—I do a happy dance every time I see the bowl!

✔️Knows sit and down for food
✔️LOVES walks, does amazingly well on leash
✔️Sleeps through the night
Speaking of cuddles… I am a professional snuggler. My favorite place in the world is right next to my people. I follow them everywhere like their tiny shadow and love curling up with them on the couch or in bed. I love my foster dog sibling. I pretty much ignore my foster cat siblings but they ignore me too. ☺️
I’m a total love bug who gives kisses freely, whether you’re human or canine 😘. My dream is to find a furever family who will let me soak them in love, snuggles, and puppy kisses every single day.
