Susie is a one-year-old pup with lots of energy and an even bigger heart. She came to us from Southern Utah as an undersocialized dog, but thanks to the patience and dedication of her foster family, she has made wonderful progress with socialization and manners—and she’s finally confident enough to go on a leashed walk! Susie is shy, but once she warms up, she’s friendly with people, dogs, and even cats. She would thrive in an active home that continues to work on her manners, build her confidence, and introduce her to new experiences. Having another dog in the home would be a big bonus for Susie—both to help show her the ropes and to give her a playful companion.
