**Applicant Requirements:**

-Be at least 21 years of age and the Homeowner or Rentee.
-Households with children under 8 years of age, must have a physical fence attached to the home or an electric/invisible fence. However, there are other instances when a fence may be required for the safety of the dog or puppy.

NOTE: Amber is lovely, but has a strong personality. We would love to find her human that can provide Amber boundaries with support and kindness.

This blood test checks for diseases such as Lyme and Heartworm Disease that are transmitted to dogs from a tick or mosquito bite. If the dog you are interested in tests positive for any of these conditions, treatment will already have been started or completed. Your Adoption Counselor will review any findings with you and we will provide all medical records, along with any medication the dog may need at the time of adoption.
