Meet penguin
Penguin is a 60 lb 3 year old Australian shepherd/blue heeler mix (with a bit of border collie and collie). He was born 12/2/22 and rescued in Tennessee. I’m looking for a home with more space and stability for him. Hes been taking Prozac for 2 years to try to help with his anxiety/reactivity. He is a working breed and needs a lot of mental stimulation. He was raised around 5 other dogs and I would consider placing him in a home with another large dog if the dog is confident and not prone to tussling. I would prefer a home with experience with fear reactive/anxious dogs. No cats and no children please. He does have a prey drive and has gotten squirrels, birds, rabbits. He would come with all of his things and I am setting up an app w/Synergy for a behavioral assessment.
Disclaimer: I am looking to rehome him because he attacked my senior small dog after living with her for 3 years. I have two other middle aged small dogs in my home that I had before him and cannot risk their safety.
