Some dogs demand attention. Inky earns respect.
Inky is settled in foster and showing us exactly who he is — and what he is… is solid.
He’s a young Dutch Shepherd who doesn’t need to be the loudest dog in the room. Thoughtful, observant, and deeply loyal, Inky is the kind of dog who bonds hard and takes that role seriously.
He’ll patrol his yard like it matters… and then claim the couch like he’s always belonged there.
Why Inky: Walks beautifully on leash Neutral with dogs and people Calm greetings, not overly pushy Knows basic obedience Highly food motivated (loves to learn) Enjoys tug, fetch, zoomies… and downtime with his person
He’s not chaotic. He’s not needy.He’s the kind of dog who settles into your life — and becomes part of it in a real way.
What Inky needs:• Structure and clear expectations• Thoughtful introductions to new people• Continued guidance with space/toy boundaries• Likely best without young kids• Could do well with another balanced dog

For transport, if you reside within 4 hours of the pet's fostered location, please be prepared to pick the pet up. For further distances, there is limited transport assistance available, however the applicant will be required to drive no less than half of the total distance.
