My Personality

I’m the confident explorer of the group, though I still check in with my humans to make sure I’m doing things right. I hop instead of run, prance instead of walk, and approach life like everything might be fun—because it usually is. Pick me up and I’ll snuggle in… but don’t be surprised if I pop back up ready to play again in about 30 seconds.

Spay/Neuter PolicyAny animal that has not been spayed or neutered at the time of adoption will require a signed Spay/Neuter Agreement and a refundable $100 deposit (payable by check or electronic payment). The procedure must be completed within six (6) months of the adoption date. Once Best Paws Rescue receives acceptable proof of the spay/neuter procedure, the deposit will be refunded to the adopter.Failure to comply with the terms of the Spay/Neuter Agreement within the required six (6) months will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If the procedure is performed by one of Best Paws Rescue’s approved veterinary partners, the full cost of the spay/neuter is covered by the adoption fee.

Ages and breeds are our best estimates, and we cannot make any guarantees. Most of our animals come from overcrowded shelters with limited resources. We do our best to evaluate each animal’s behavior and medical needs and place them into loving foster homes until they are ready to go home with you. Our organization is operated entirely by dedicated volunteers who give their time and love out of the goodness of their hearts.
