Penny is a 5 year old Hound mix who is fully grown at 48 pounds — a classic low rider with a little pep in her step. She’s one of those rare, truly easy dogs: sweet, steady, and wonderfully adaptable.
Penny spent most of her life in a loving home with a family and another dog. A few months ago, she was unexpectedly turned over to a vet hospital and left behind by her owners.
Despite that heartbreak, Penny hasn’t let it dim her spirit — she still has a pawsitive outlook on life and so much love to give.
