Hello Hoomans! My name is Willow and I am a female, 41 lb., tan, yellow and fawn colored greyhound mix who is ready to find my new forever home. I am an 8-month-old, playful puppy ready to be your beautiful and elegant playtime friend. I love other dogs and children and playing tug of war with my rope toy. I am not only terribly beautiful, but really smart as well. I already know how to sit on command (well, most of the time anyway), but with your patience and training, I can learn all sorts of other tricks as well. I had a nice home before I came to Golden Paws Animal Rescue that I loved, but I had to leave because my owner was unable to take care of me any longer. The people here told me that I hadn’t done anything wrong. Actually, I think I’m one of their favorites. I can be a little shy when I first meet new people, but it doesn’t take me long to warm up to folks. When I do, it’s playtime, with lots of zoomies and fun. Maybe you and I can even run some races together. But don’t count on winning (I’m a greyhound, for Pete’s sake.) So, if you are ready for an energetic, fun-loving puppy and can give me stability and affection, fill out an application, and come on into Golden Paws Animal Rescue in Joplin to visit me.
