Meet tucker
Tucker is the sweetest most lovable, goofy boy. He may push his nose up under you arm for attention but just to be close. He is well trained and responds to commands, but he is also fiercely loyal to his family. He bonds quickly and stands alert to any possible challenges. I am writing on behalf of our daughter who emotionally and without a plan adopted Tucker because she saw him daily as a puppy returned to a daycare where an older woman had adopted him not realizing he would get bigger! I understand this reaction because he grabs your heart almost immediately. Unfortunately, our daughter did not anticipate the time required to go to school for a teaching credential while working 2 jobs. In the end she became ill with the stress of her situation and was hospitalized for a week for unbearable headaches and fever. it was then, that her 70 year old parents knew we had to step in to try to find Tucker a loving home. We cannot adopt Tucker because, simply, we are too old.
