Elsie is a 4 year old spayed female chihuahua mix who weighs 14 pounds. She was rescued as part of a humane case, after being left in a house for over 2 weeks with no heat. It is a miracle that she survived those circumstances and she is the sweetest girl. A little shy to start, but once she loves you, she will be your little shadow. Elsie has tested well with other dogs, rides well in the car, walks well on the leash and does ok in the crate. She loves to sleep in bed, cuddle up on the couch and she would be a wonderful match for a retired family or quieter household.
