Meet yeti
Yeti is looking for his forever home! He is a beautiful 90lb Malamute Husky mix. He is fully vetted. 🩵🐾
We saved him from being euthanized in a small rural shelter in GA.💔
He was picked up wandering the streets matted and dirty. The staff at the shelter first started with cutting the Matts but they were too bad so we had to cut his furcoat which is growing back. His foster has cats and well although not attacking them he intimidates them and puts his mouth on them.
🩵HERE IS WHAT HIS FOSTER HAD TO SAY:
✅He gets along well with his foster brother who is a very chill dog.
✅He, however, doesn’t know how to play with the cats. He wants to chase them and frightens the cats. He isn’t aggressive.
✅Yeti is best to be in a home with another dog
✅He is crate trained,
✅He does well in the car and loves to go walking.
✅He does well on a leash also.
✅He loves his boiled plain chicken (no bones), boiled eggs, and veggies mixed in with his kibble. ✅He is house trained but needs to be let out several times during the day and most nights as he drinks a lot water.
✅He does need to continue to loose weight so less kibble with his veggies and meat😃
✅Yeti has a sweet temperment. He is just a big baby.
He is currently with his foster. As much as she loves him his foster time is over and he needs his forever home.
We always adopt to experienced families of Malamutes and Huskies.
