Snow is a gentle, playful puppy with a sweet soul and a curious nature. She arrived at one of our shelter partners in Nebraska as a stray with her littermates after being found in difficult conditions and covered in fleas. One of our staff members was there and met them and decided to make them Heartland puppies!
Snow has handled all she's been through with quiet resilience and a loving spirit. She enjoys playtime, exploring new things, and sticking close to the other dogs. Half of her sisters and have been adopted - and Snow is starting to experience life without them.
She has met many people at Heartland and is becoming a well socialized lady.
She has been going to a foster home with one of our staff members, with several other dogs and her 4 year old son, who especially loves having Snow there as a guest. Her soft personality really shines when she’s relaxed and feeling safe. She is predictable and well mannered, even as a puppy who is still learning, and we can all appreciate that! We'd love to see Snow find a family of her own.
Since she is a puppy, any adopter should anticipate needing to work on housebreaking and other training using positive reinforcement training only.
Snow's adoption fee is $450. This animal is spayed and is up to date on core vaccines appropriate for their age.
They will need a Heartworm test between 6-7 months of age at the adopter's own vet.
