Harley is a loving, energetic girl who enjoys walks, outdoor time, and relaxing on the couch with her people. She bonds closely with her humans and does best with routine and structure.
She is house trained, leash trained, and has basic manners training. She does well on walks and enjoys regular activity.
Harley must be the only pet in the home. She becomes overstimulated around other animals and is not suited to living with dogs or cats. While she loves people, she would do best in a home without small children, as she can be excitable and does not always recognize her size.
The ideal adopter will be home most of the day (retired, flexible schedule, or working from home) and experienced with dogs. Harley can become over-excited with new people, including jumping or zooming, and benefits from continued work on impulse control and anxiety with clear routines.
In the right single-pet home, Harley will be a deeply affectionate and loyal companion.
