Meet gary
Gary is a sweet, friendly little 10 year old Yorkie-mix who was found in deplorable condition as a stray and taken to the local shelter. Due to his age and condition, the shelter asked for assistance, so Misty Eyes brought him into our foster program to provide him treatment he needed. On intake, he was extremely dirty, flea-infested, anemic and malnourished. He has been on a regulated, nutritious diet to improve his condition and has been treated for a parasite induced skin infection. Gary tolerates other dogs and even cats, but would be fine as an only pet. He prefers to be with his person/people, enjoys lounging in his doggy bed and is friendly with visitors. He is fine with older children who understand to be gentle with him. He has good house manners if he`s on a regular schedule for potty breaks.
