Meet tonka
Meet Tonka. Writing this breaks my heart, but it comes from love and responsibility. Tonka is a 9-year-old, 90lb Staffador who has been family to us for years. He is big, affectionate, and deeply bonded to his people. He loves cuddling, leaning into you, and being close. New people excite him, and he greets adults with wagging tails and leg licks.
At home, Tonka is calm and thrives on routine. He is fully house trained, can be left alone all day, and knows sit, stay, down, paw, and go to bed. He enjoys a daily walk, then sleeps happily. He is neutered, vaccinated, and in good health with mild hip issues.
Tonka must be the only pet and cannot live with small children. He has snapped at our toddler, which is why we must rehome him. He is not aggressive, but needs an adult-only home. He dislikes car rides and prefers a quiet life.
We will provide you with Tonka's bed harness and lead along with all his food and medicine. He also has a lot of his favourite toys that he can take with him
