Heās a fun-sized little guy with a big personality and would absolutely rock dog clothes. Rocket loves being held and carried and has a goofy, affectionate nature. He does well with other dogs and enjoys being part of the pack.Rocket does have a grade 4 heart murmur. This simply means his heart makes an extra sound that can be heard during a vet exam. Many dogs with heart murmurs live happy, comfortable lives, and some never need medication at all.
