Meet Heidi, a gorgeous, 66‑lb German Shepherd with a heart full of love and a brain full of brilliance! At nearly 7 years old, this girl is the perfect mix of mature, steady, and still full of fun. Don’t let her age fool you, Heidi has plenty of energy, enthusiasm, and pep for walks, playtime, and family adventures.
Heidi spent far too much time as a “frequent flyer” at her local shelter due to an owner who couldn’t provide the supervision or care she deserved. But those days are behind her now, and she’s ready for the happy, stable life she should have always had.
With us, Heidi has been sweet, well‑mannered, and absolutely fantastic with volunteers. She’s incredibly smart, eager to engage, and loves being part of the action. Whether it’s training games, outdoor exploring, or simply bonding with her people, Heidi is all in.
