Meet lucky

Lucky came to rescue as a breeder surrender alongside several of his siblings. Thankfully, he was never used for breeding and now gets to enjoy the carefree, happy life he deserves. He has since been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and fully embraced his favorite hobby: pool time! (*mini kiddy pool that is) Lucky is the kind of dog that brings fun and laughter wherever he goes. His absolute favorite thing in the world is splashing around in his little pool, and he would love a home that will let him continue his favorite pastime. Whether he’s zooming around the yard, chasing a ball, wrestling with dog friends, or happily cooling off in the water, he is always enjoying life to the fullest.
He gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and would thrive in a home with playful canine companions, a secure backyard to explore, and the freedom to come in and out at his leisure. Beyond his playful side, Lucky is also incredibly easygoing, affectionate, friendly, happygolucky and loving. He’s the perfect mix of fun adventure buddy and sweet companion. Life with Lucky is guaranteed to be full of smiles, entertainment, and plenty of "poolside" fun. Though he loves his little pool, unfenced pools would be a no, as it could yield major safety concerns due to his love for water, and inability to swim.
PLEASE NO CALLS OR TEXTS AS WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS, COMPLETE AN APPLICATION IF INTERESTED: saveabowwow.com/rescue/adoption-form If listed, dog is available. Once dog is pending adoption, this page will reflect that information.

Fine Print:
-All Frenchies must be walked with a harness (never on a neck collar).
-The rescue requires adoptive family to obtain pet insurance for coverage of congenital and hereditary conditions. This is for any of the dogs in our rescue identified as a Pug, French Bulldog or similar. Adoption will be finalized once the proof of pet insurance requirement is met. (There are some great policies ranging between $28-50per month)
-We have an open door policy and are always here to discuss anything that may arise with your adoptive pet. After an adoption is conducted please do not hesitate to reach out.
-Please no texts or calls, apply if interested.
-This breed generally speaking cannot swim and will sink like bowling balls so we do not adopt out to any homes with unfenced pools.
Note: All breeds and ages are our veterinarians best educated guess (unless otherwise stated that our group has breeder paperwork)
