Meet serj
Cross post for SOAR rescue in Denver!
Serj was rescued with his mom and siblings. They already use the doggy door and are such smart puppies. They poop outside 100% of the time and are doing great peeing outside with consistency. We are working on crate training now. They LOVE the snow and are happy to go potty outside in the snow/cold. They listen well and always come when called. They have been exposed to kids, cats, other dogs, and chickens! We have done a LOT of socialization and with them and they are such well rounded little pups.
Serj is such a cute little guy. He likes to watch the situation and then joins in once he sees what everyone is doing. He is the shyest of the group, but still very loving and affectionate. He is a cuddle bug and is often the first to crawl into your lap when you sit down with him. Quickly finding the best spot for a nap. He is doing great learning basic manners and is such a smart pup! His favorite spot is inside the toy bin and that’s normally where you’ll find him if he’s not on your lap! He loves all toys and meeting new dog friends.
Mom is 45 pounds and an Australian Shepherd mix, but we expect these guys to be a bit bigger than mom full grown- though we don’t know who dad was. We are guessing they’ll be 55-70 pounds full grown based on how big they are now. We are thinking he is an Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd/reservation special mix!
