This little ball of floof is Nugget the pomeranian princess~ We estimate her to be 5 years old, and she weighs a dainty 5lbs. Nugget was rescued just last October when our team helped shut down a breeder operating illegally out of a puppy store in Gangnam, South Korea. On the outside this store looked like any typical puppy mill store, but behind closed doors were wire crates stacked to the ceiling and filled with small dogs. They lived in their own filth, many bunking with cage mates in cages not meant for more than one. Despite her start at life, Nugget is completely unbothered and simply perfect. She’s attentive to people and follows her foster around to quietly observe. She really doesn’t mind having a pup roommate and doesn’t feel the need to stop for dogs in passing either. Truly an unbothered queen. If you’re looking for a cuddle buddy who really isn’t a fan of the snow today, Nugget is your girl. You can submit your application via the link in our bio! You don’t have to wait for an adoption event. In-person meet-and-greets are available in the NYC area, with virtual meet-and-greets available for adopters outside NYC.
