You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.***IN TRAINING TILL MID OCT***Pet Rescue By Judy has teamed up with an incredible program called the Greyhound Advancement Center which will allow some of our dogs to attend a ten-week prison training program. The program originally started to help retired racing greyhounds learn how to “dog”.Greyhound racing is now illegal in our state, but the program worked so well that they decided to open up to other rescues and accept different breeds. Each dog is teamed up with an inmate who is in their dog training program. This program allows inmates to gain an important skill that they can bring with them when they are released. The head trainers are the best of the best and we are sure that these dogs are going to come out of this program with all kinds of tricks up their little doggy sleeves. Our dogs are so blessed to be able to learn important obedience training to help with their confidence and make them awesome additions to a family.We cannot thank Greyhound Advancement Center enough for giving these dogs a leg up on getting into their forever home!Update from Camp Doglando June 2026 on our adorable OREGANO!  If you're looking to spice up your life, Oregano is your dog. He's the sweetest little dude and your certified good boy. Oregano is potty trained, crate trained, and amazing in the house.  He loves a good play session, especially tag. During camp he has shown his adventurous side when bounding through trails, going in ponds, and discovering new places in nature! He loves his canine companions and would do best in a home with another dog his size to buddy and model after.Mama Rosemary & her sweet herb pups:  Rosemary is a devoted mama who made quite the journey with her six adorable puppies in search of brighter days. This sweet family came to Pet Rescue By Judy from an overcrowded shelter in the Florida Panhandle. The puppies were fathered by a Catahoula Leopard Dog. Rosemary appears to be a black and tan hound mix with a gentle, nurturing nature. She has rasied her babies and is now ready for her own forever home. Her six puppies are named after herbs. Oregano must have another dog to play with to keep his confidence up. He plays, sleeps, and eats with other dogs here at the center.     Important Information for New Puppy Parents Welcoming a new puppy into your home is an exciting and rewarding experience—but it also comes with important responsibilities.
