Sally is a darling Maltipoo mix who is full of love and happiness. While initially shy, she warms up quickly and is easily motivated by treats. Sally needs a home with someone who is home most of the time as she does not like being left alone. Sally is a good girl and probably prefers to be an only dog. She loves walks on the leash, cuddling on the couch, or tagging along with you as you do your chores. Sally weighs about 12 lbs and is about 1 year old.

Like many of our rescue dogs, we are not sure how well housetrained Sally is. But with gentle persuasion, some consistency, structure and praise she should be easy to train.

Sally is a coated dog (hair grows continuously) and will need professional grooming every 6-8 weeks.

Sally’s adoption fee is $400

This fee includes at least one health exam at our veterinarian while in our care, altering, all vaccinations including rabies (as permitted by age), a pre-adoption professional grooming and a microchip with lifetime membership that never will cost you a fee. All dogs also leave with a new collar and or harness and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality kibble that is being fed at the rescue. Adoption fees also allow us the ability to put funds towards the next homeless or unwanted dog in need of rescue! We review each application carefully. Please understand that sometimes we get numerous applications for specific dogs and as a volunteer-based rescue, we do not always have the time to respond to each one. We do our best to choose the most suitable home for each dog based on their specific personality and needs. Please note you MAY NOT be contacted for up to 10 days to schedule a meet and greet if your family is the most suitable for this rescue dog. Regrettably, we do not have the manpower currently to contact all applicants. We keep ALL applications in our database so please feel free to contact us when you see another dog of interest.
