Meet Hershey Kiss 4! This adorable girl is thriving in her foster home and proving to be incredibly sweet and loving. She arrived knowing “sit,” and in just a short time has already learned “go to bed” and “stay.” She’s a quick learner who truly enjoys training and is eager to please — especially when treats and praise are involved!She has a playful side, too. She’ll happily chase a ball (even if she doesn’t quite bring it back!) and will start a game of tug-of-war before deciding she’d rather zoom around and then settle in right next to you for snuggles. Hershey Kiss 4 is the perfect mix of playful and affectionate — she really just wants love, food, and attention from her people.Hershey Kiss is housetrained and doing well overall in the home. When crated and left out of sight, she may cry for a few minutes, but she settles herself quickly. Outside of the crate, she’s perfectly content snoozing in her dog bed or curled up on the couch. She’s an easygoing, sweet, snuggly pup who warms up to ew friends quickly.Living in the city has given her lots of exposure to noise, kids, and other dogs — and she’s handling it beautifully! She walks nicely past other dogs without reactivity, often wagging her tail as if she’d like to say hello. She’s continuing to work on leash manners and improving every day. Hershey has met toddlers and currently lives with a 6-year-old child, and she’s been wonderful!Hershey Kiss 4 has met other dog pals at BARCS and does best with gentle canine companions. She has also interacted nicely with small breed dogs.With her gentle nature, playful spirit, and strong desire to be close to her people, Hershey Kiss 4 is ready to bring sweetness and snuggles to her forever home.
