Handsome, active and playful, Bluto is a very good boy looking for a new home to offer him adventure, activity and snuggles! He’s a remarkable guy who enjoys a casual walk around the neighborhood, a hike through the woods or a romp at the beach.

He is very food driven and tends to listen well when his kibble or treats are involved! This can be especially helpful on walks, to keep him from being distracted. He's a playful fellow so enjoys playing game with his people as much as he loves settling down with a good bone and his rope chew toys. He especially fond of tug-a-war and fetch (or at least chasing the ball!). After his walks or play sessions, he's ready to rest - he'll nap away and enjoy his downtime. As you can tell from the photos, Bluto loves to lounge about and will find basically any location comfortable!

He’s a smart guy who already knows sit, down, come and wait (and may be able to learn more with some treats!). He enjoys being with his people, and would prefer a home with adults or older kids only, without a lot of hustle and bustle. Bluto also has experience with dogs. He likes to take in his surroundings and can get excited when meeting someone new, so he'll need some time and space to get acquainted! He loves being in the same space as his people, and would love to curl up on the couch or bed for a good snuggle sesh! Did we mention he loves to lounge about?!?!

Bluto recently went on a dog date and here's what they had to say:
"We had a great time walking around the beach and he absolutely loved it. He's such a gentle guy and loved being around people. He was very friendly and has such a great smile!"
