This 9 Month Old Baby Rottweiler Is Being Kept Outside ; they have now moved him into garage but heater broke SOS- he will go to local muni shelter- please do not let him

This young boy is being mistreated from no fault of his own. His owners state they do not have time for him. If he is not outside he is in the garage.
He lives at home with another dog, and they enjoy their time together. We do not know how he will do with cats, an introduction will be necessary.
Rotties are a very smart breed and Bubba will flourish in a new home with love and affection.
