Hi Everyone! Although at my age, I’m not usually considered a puppy, due to my humble beginnings while living in a shelter for a couple of months down south, I still tend to have some puppy tendencies. I have a lot of energy and constantly looking for something to do.I get along well with my canine foster sister who is 8 years old, and back off when she tells me that she has had enough. I’m 100% potty-trained and also walk extremely well on a leash. I sleep through the night in my doggie bed and love snuggling with my foster mom. I do have a crate that is always left open for me to go in for relaxation and when I eat.In addition to loving other dogs, I also enjoy being around kids, however due to my size and the fact that I get excited easily, children over 8 years old are recommended. By the way, I’m ok with cats too! I’m currently learning some commands like “off”, “stay” and “sit”. Although there are several toys here to play with, I’m not yet 100% sure what I’m supposed to do with them.Having another dog in the home would be great to help me offload some of my puppy energy, but I’m sure I would be ok as your one and only, as long as I am getting the exercise I need, either by running around in a fenced-in yard or taking long walks a couple times a day.If you are looking for your new best friend, please complete an adoption application.
