He is a strong, impressive, and deeply loyal dog who bonds closely to his owner. He is healthy, up to date on care, and in great physical condition.Diesel is very protective and territorial by nature, which makes him an excellent guard dog. He does best with confident, experienced handlers who understand large guardian breeds and can provide strong leadership, structure, and consistency.Unfortunately, due to his protective instincts, Diesel is not safe in a home with children, and for that reason, we are making the extremely difficult and responsible decision to find him a new home that better suits his needs.Diesel would thrive in:• A child-free home• Preferably no other pets• With someone experienced in large, dominant breeds• Someone who can provide structure, boundaries, and ideally continued training• A home with a secure yard and strong fencing
