Cairo is a 90 pound, droopy jowl masterpiece who recently found himself surrendered through no fault of his own. This big, squishy headed boy is equal parts gentle giant and loyal guardian. He's already really bonded with our staff and volunteers who he loves immensely.
He’s treat motivated, eager to engage, and already knows basic commands like sit, come, and stay. Got snacks? You’ve got Cairo’s full attention. He’s a smart boy who enjoys structure and would thrive with someone experienced in large breed mastiffs who understands the strength, sensitivity, and loyalty that comes with the territory.
Cairo is looking for an adult household that can set him up for success and are experienced with all the wonderful qualities of this incredible breed protective, devoted, and deeply bonded to his people. According to his previous owners, he has done well with other dogs, so a canine companion could absolutely be in his future.
