Meet hermes
In May 2020, at the height of COVID, my dad decided a dog would bring some light into our lives, and after seeing a Goldendoodle service dog at the mall, we knew that was the breed for us. We soon found Hermes, a sad-looking, timid brown puppy, and despite being unprepared, we traveled to Waukesha, Indiana, desperate to bring him home. During his first year, Hermes grew up in our small apartment, surrounded by open fields and the love of family and friends. After his first grooming, his coat unexpectedly changed from brown and white to grey and white, surprising us and proving once again how unique he is. Beyond his looks, Hermes has an energetic, playful personality, calm one moment and joyfully jumping the next. Not long after, we welcomed our cat Midas, and the two quickly became great playmates. He gets along well with our cat, is extremely loyal, loves to cuddle, and stays close to those he loves. He is also very intelligent and trained to sit and stay on command.
