Meet maddy
We are heartbroken that we need to re-home our 5 year old Great Pyrenees dog Maddy. Due to issues with arthritis & a vertebrate fracture in my back I can no longer handle our large dog Maddy.
Maddy is a protective dog to our family. She is a great guard dog. She does not like strangers but is a sweet girl to all our family members. She lives with a small dog & cat. She is around my 6 year old & 12 year grandkids a lot & is good with them. Within the past year we have downsized from a 3,000 2 story home to a 1.025 sq ft Rancher.
Maddy attempts to run out our front door, that has a road at the end of our sidewalk that is dangerous for her. I cannot walk Maddy due to her size & her wanting to run towards unfamiliar people & dogs. Maddy needs training with being socialized with unfamiliar people & dogs. Maddy needs space to run & needs a yard with a gate.
