Meet hazel
Hazel is a sweet, loving 5-year-old rescue who has been an incredible part of our family for the past four years. She was adopted from a shelter at about 6 months old and has grown up alongside our four children, making her extremely patient, gentle, and family-friendly.
Hazel loves the dog park, playing in the backyard with kids, and relaxing on the couch. She’s wonderfully versatile—happy to play hard or lounge quietly. She is healthy, well-mannered, does not bark in the house (naturally- not trained that way), and happily welcomes everyone she meets (including mail carriers!), so she’s all love and not a guard dog.
Her only small weakness is her love for people food. Otherwise, Hazel is truly a wonderful companion. We are heartbroken to explore adoption due to worsening dog dander allergies despite medical treatment, and we are committed to finding Hazel a loving home where she will continue to be cherished.
