Meet Laverne!
Laverne is so happy to be out of the shelter and settling into foster life—especially since her foster dad has already started spoiling her (as she deserves). She’s about 2 years old and we believe she’s a Chihuahua mix, possibly with a little Rat Terrier sprinkled in. Whatever the mix, she’s a petite 9-pound sweetheart with a gentle spirit and a whole lot of love to give. FYI, not good for children.
Laverne is fully vetted and ready to start the next chapter of her life with a family who has a big heart for a small dog. She’s already learned how to use the doggie door and does great with it, using it when her foster dad is outside to supervise—safety first! She enjoys time in the backyard but also appreciates the comforts of being indoors with her people.
