Penelope was born in Nov 2022. She is a purebred French bulldog. She is on the smaller side weighing less than 20 pounds. She does have allergies that she takes a medication for in the warmer months. She is house trained and does not go outside to go to the bathroom. She could be trained. It was just my preference to have her inside.
