Meet Newt—our handsome 3½-year-old Collie mix with a heart as bright as his tri-color coat of black, white, and brown. Newt is the full package: energetic, affectionate, and always ready to bring a smile to your face with his silly antics. HUGE PLUS, he know all his basic commands, and even has a very nice paw shake! He’s the kind of pup who believes that love should be endless—whether it’s snuggles on the couch, happy tail wags, or being by your side for life’s adventures.

Newt thrives on attention and wants nothing more than to be someone’s best friend. His sweet personality and playful spirit make him a wonderful companion for an active home where he’ll have the chance to run, play, and, most importantly, be cherished for the goofy, lovable boy he is.

All C.A.R.E rescue dogs are vaccinated, heart-worm tested, spayed/neutered, and dogs are microchipped! So all you need to provide is the love.

Our adoption fee is a minimum $150 tax deductible donation. All donations are used for rescue and medical care of animals in need. If you don't have room to take home a pet but want to support our efforts to save animals in need, please consider making a donation. We are not city or state funded and rely solely on private donations that allow us to continue saving lives.
