His energy level is typically low, but once Colby warms up to you and his surroundings, his playful side begins to shine through in the sweetest way.
He is making steady progress with his leash manners and improves a little more every day. Colby is eager to please and responds well to patience, kindness, and consistency. He will do best in a calm, understanding home where he’s given time to decompress and truly learn what it means to be loved.
Colby has not been around small children while in the facility and would be best suited for a home with older kids who can respect his boundaries and move at his pace. For the right family willing to give him time and reassurance, Colby will be a deeply loyal and loving companion.
