Meet Fresno Pepper!
Fresno Pepper is a 5-month-old male Chihuahua with a heart as big as his personality. Born on 08/27/2025, this sweet boy currently weighs about 6 pounds and is full of love and charm.
Fresno Pepper is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and people-loving. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats. He enjoys being around others and is happiest when he’s part of the action—or snuggled up close.
He’s been doing great with his puppy basics and is eager to learn. Fresno Pepper already knows how to use a doggy door and a puppy pad, and while he’s still working on his leash skills, he’s making steady progress and learning every day.
This special little guy got his second chance at life when he, his siblings, and his mom were saved from the euthanasia list by one of our amazing fosters. Since then, Fresno Pepper has been thriving and showing just how loving and resilient he is.

We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting.

Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.

All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public in Oklahoma. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
