FOREVER HOME NEEDED
Meet Koala!
Koala is a 2-year-old, 35 lb Aussie/Spaniel mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter after being found tied to a fence. Despite her rough start, Koala is an incredibly sweet and gentle girl with so much love to give!
She has striking, beautiful eyes ~ one blue and one brown ~ that perfectly match her unique personality! Koala can be shy and submissive when first meeting new people or entering new environments, but once she feels safe and comfortable, her true herding-breed energy comes through. She blossoms into an active, playful, and engaging dog who loves to move, explore, and learn.
Koala is smart, treat-motivated, and eager to learn, making her a great candidate for continued training. She would thrive in a young, active home that enjoys hiking, running, and outdoor adventures. Having another friendly, playful dog in the home would be ideal for her both as a full-time playmate and to help boost her confidence as she continues to come out of her shell.
She would do best in a standalone home with a yard. No apartments, condos or cats.
Koala is very sweet and loving with her people and is just waiting for the right home to help her shine!
Koala is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.
