Hi! I’m Cooper—Coopy if we’re cool like that👋Professional good boy, part-time couch ornament, full-time snack enthusiast. I'm a lab mix with a heart of gold and a stomach that insists its never full. My needs are simple: regular meals, a comfy couch, & an easygoing life. My humans recently had a baby, & after multiple moves and big routine changes, my anxiety ramped up. I’m currently on Prozac and doing better every day—I just need a calmer environment and an owner with the time to help me keep progressing. I think I can hang around small or senior dogs but I can be a bit fear-reactive around other pups (working on it!) but once I feel safe? I’m loyal, sweet & an excellent lazy companion. So I can potentially live with other dogs if I'm with a patient, experienced person who understands fear-based behaviors. This isn’t about me being “too much”—I just need more than my current family can give right now. If you’ve got patience, treats & a cold spot on your couch, I might be your guy! ♡
