ABOUT LENNY
Lenny is a 2-year-old terrier mix bursting with personality and joy! He came to HAP from a high-intake shelter in the South after running out of space, and we’re so glad he got a second chance. Despite his journey, Lenny is a sweet, friendly boy who’s simply happy to make new friends wherever he goes. Whether he’s cozied up on his blankets or zooming around outside, Lenny truly loves life. He appears to be house-trained, knows some basic commands, and is eager to keep learning. While he hasn’t joined doggy playgroup just yet, he gets very excited when he sees other pups and shows a playful, curious side, making him a fun companion ready for his forever home!
If you are interested in adopting this dog, please submit an adoption questionnaire! Our adoption process is on a first-come, best-match basis and we are not able to hold animals. If you are interested in this specific dog but it ends up not being the best fit upon meeting, our adoption counselors will work with you to help find a match! All household members, including children and other dogs, must come along for the meeting to make sure it's a good fit. If a match is made, we encourage same-day adoptions! Our adoption fees include the animals' spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives, fecal testing, heartworm testing, and a small bag of food to get you started.
