Bay is a 6-year-old Yorkie/Pomeranian mix with the perfect blend of sweetness, sass, and serenity. This little lady has mastered the art of balancing playful fun with cozy relaxation—whether she’s zooming around the house with her dog friends or perched on the couch, happily observing her kingdom.

Bay absolutely adores other dogs of all sizes and fits beautifully into a multi-dog home. She especially loves a good game of chase and will happily join in on the fun—but she’s just as content curling up beside you for a nap. She’s the kind of companion who brings a calm, happy presence wherever she goes.

This smart girl thrives on routine and is already on a great potty schedule. She knows to head outside after waking up and does her business without hesitation—even in the rain (yes, really!). Like any dog adjusting to a new environment, she’s had a couple of minor accidents, but with consistency, she’s right on track.

Bay is comfortable being left alone for a few hours and does not require a crate, making her an easy addition to many households. She is food-motivated (treat lovers, rejoice!) and absolutely melts for chin scratches and gentle conversation—she truly loves being talked to and included in your day.

A Quick but Important Note to All Adopters:
Please remember that none of our dogs arrive fully trained. Most come from tough or uncertain beginnings and may have never lived in a home or known basic routines. That means:

✧ They are not potty trained on arrival. Most dogs regress in potty training when moving to a new environment.

✧ They may lack basic manners (like leash walking or appropriate chewing).

✧ They’re learning, growing, and doing their best—but they will need patience, structure, and compassion to succeed.

The majority of these pups have lived in the confinement of a cage or kennel run for most - if not all - of their lives. Because of this, we strongly discourage the use of crates for anything other than vehicle transport. They deserve the chance to decompress and learn what true freedom and comfort feel like.

Our amazing foster homes work hard to start these dogs on the right path, but they are rescues, not finished products. These dogs need time, consistency, and a loving home willing to meet them where they are.

Also, breed designations are our best guesses based on appearance and behavior. We can't guarantee breed, size, adult weight, or coat type.
