Meet Showgirl!
Showgirl is a beautiful female dog, approximately 2 years old, with a gorgeous light caramel beige coat and a sweet, soulful expression. She was found as a stray just moments before giving birth to four healthy puppies. Despite being scared and giving birth in a shelter environment, Showgirl proved to be an incredible mother and a devoted protector to her puppies and her foster family.
She has been wonderful with children ages 3 to 9 and is gentle and patient when playing fetch with little ones. She has even happily let kids wrap her up in blankets, showing just how trusting and tolerant she is. Showgirl enjoys being outside when the weather allows and balances her playful side perfectly with her love for cuddling.
Showgirl knows basic commands including sit and come, is potty trained, and does well with both kids and adults. She loves to play during the day and curl up close at night, making her the perfect companion for active moments and quiet evenings alike. She will happily be your blanket on cold nights.
Spunky, loving, and loyal, Showgirl truly is the full package. Despite her rough start, she continues to trust and love all humans with her whole heart. Showgirl is ready for a forever home where she can finally be the one being cared for and cherished.
