Phoenixâs name says it all. Found just under a year old, he had already endured more than any dog ever should. He was discovered locked in a small room, surrounded by garbage with barely enough space to move. Left alone for at least three weeks, Phoenix was emaciated, terrified, and unsure of the world around him.
With patients, care and dedicated veterinary support, Phoenix slowly regained his health and his spirit. As he began to feel safe, his true personality emerged, and what a beautiful soul it is. Phoenix has blossomed into an absolute love bug who thrives on affection and human companionship.
Now in a foster home, Phoenix continues to shine. He is potty trained, highly food-motivated, and eager to learn. His favorite activity is simply relaxing on the couch with his people, soaking up love and reassurance. He does well with children and is gentle and affectionate with those he trusts.
